Software Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

As a Software Engineer within Hai, you will leverage your expertise in Linux, MySQL, and programming languages such as Java, C#, or C++ to design, configure, and troubleshoot software systems. 

In addition, you ​will:

• Conduct software designs and configuration capabilities.
• Take ownership of software development-related content.
• Estimate development requirements, timing, quality and quantity of resources needed to successfully implement projects.
• Interact with customers to conduct tests, intercept and prevent potential risks or suggest solutions to achieve project success.

You have a knack for working in fast-paced environments and ​are eager to learn and take ownership of your work. In addition, you ideally have:

• A minumum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Both fresh graduate and 2-4 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a related occupation, ideally in integrated supply chain and logistics systems solutions, are welcome!
• Programming experience in Java, C#, SQL, C++ or similar languages, ideally with some experience in scripting and coding.
• Knowledge and understanding of Linux and MySQL according to operational standards, and ability to execute commands and troubleshoot/fix bugs.
• Knowledge of control system tools such as Git or SVN.
• Strong learning and receptiveness, able to adapt quickly to new environments, willing to accept challenges and excellent teamwork spirit.
• The openness to travel around 20% to various unanticipated locations. 
• Strong fluency in English and Chinese; Chinese is a must
